titleMy district is listed on the Alt Ed Program spreadsheet. When I received the list of students from the program provider, it had several students on the list not from my district. The other district was not listed on the Alt Ed Program spreadsheet. There is an agreement that we are the primary for Alt Ed. Can we send our students up through our SIS and upload a spreadsheet with the ones that do not attend our district? In the past, we just submitted them all on the spreadsheet.

Yes, you can send those not in your district via a template. However, you will also need the school association (enrollment) record provided to associate the student to your school to allow the reporting of the Alt-Ed program information. An enrollment record is required so if you chose to not have the students in your SIS you will need to provide a minimum of two templates; one for enrollment and one for the program record.
