This is ok. The Providing the IEP/ILP Support staff assignment allows this support staff to call support if help is requiredStaff Assignment at the LEA and the co-op allows both entities to have users who may reach out to PowerSchool Special Programs Support.

This is ok. In this instance, the district would have two resources listed as the IEP/ILP Support staff for the district. Anyone that needs assistance would contact one of those two resources who can then open a case with PowerSchool support.
