General Reporting Info:

  • Report students in grades PK-13 who were enrolled in courses at any time during the reporting school year including students participating in virtual instruction via such platforms as Apex or Edmentum.

    • Schools should have local policy regarding the amount of days deemed enough time a student is enrolled in a course to qualify the data of enrollment and outcome being reported.

    • IDOE is recommending this timeline to not be more than 10 days. If a student is enrolled in a course more than 10 days then an outcome of ‘no grade awarded’ should be reported.

Data not Reported with a Student Academic Record:

  • Course outcomes not associated with an identified Indiana course code and are not aligned with academic standards.

  • Transfer course outcomes associated with another Indiana education organization. The student academic record will be provided from those organizations and is not required from the newly enrolling school.
