Overview:
The purpose of this data collection is to gather CSEP (Choice Special Education Plan), ILP (Individual Learning Plan for English Learners), and/or Section 504 Plan student accommodation information to populate student-level information in Cambium Assessments Inc. (CAI) Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) for ILEARN 3-8, ILEARN Biology ECA, ILEARN U.S. Government ECA, IREAD-3 (first time testers and re-testers), and ISTEP+ Grade 10 Retest assessments during the 2020-2021 school year.
Student Accommodation Data Impacts:
Creating CSEP, ILP and/or 504 Plan student accommodations in CAI’s assessment system (TIDE)
Designating CSEP, ILP and/or 504 Plan student as not having accommodations in CAI’s assessment system (TIDE)
Student Accommodations applies to:
Public schools (Traditional and Charter)
Programs (e.g., Interlocals) that are the primary educators for students
Nonpublic schools (Choice Scholarship program, Accredited and Freeway)

CTC (Corporation Test Coordinator) Responsibilities:
The CTC is required to access the IDOE Online portal to identify themselves as the CTC.
The CTC is also required to access TIDE to verify student registration data and test administration setup.
Summary Reports in the Application Center will show ONLY counts of records submitted by the schools, not counts of student records reported by IDOE. Counts must be verified by CTC in TIDE .
General Reporting Info
The test vendor for all Student Accommodations reporting is CAI (Cambium Assessments Inc.).
