Determining Staff Injury:

Any Staff injury directly caused by a student’s action during the staff’s contracted time where any one of the below criteria is met are to have that instance reported.

  1. The injury is required to be reported to the public schools' worker’s compensation carrier

  2. The injury causes the staff to miss all or part of one (1) or more work days

  3. The injury is required to be reported to the public school pursuant to the public school’s reporting policy
