Grad plan records are required for students identified in the 2029 Graduation Cohort and beyond.

Grad plan records may be reported for students identified in a Graduation Cohort year less than 2029.

Students may have more than one plan provided when their intent is to graduate with more than one of the new Indiana diplomas.

Students may edit/update their plan at any time when their intent changes.

Report a grad plan record for each student with their identified graduation school year.

Report the begin date of when the grad plan is identified.

Report the end date if the grad plan is being changed.

Reporting of up to two grad plans may be provided for each student.

Provide the graduation plan(s) from one of the allowable descriptors in the below chart.
