UPDATE: CC-10. CC-13. CC-12, and CC-16 on Service Only and ADM-2 Transfer Out

As part of this fix for CC-8, the loading process for records to be validated for Course Outcomes was adjusted and has resulted in this unexpected outcome of “service only” students (students with no SEORA) being included into the validation rules and triggering these errors. It is important to know, these students are not being inaccurately excluded from counting in the certification for Course Outcomes. These are enrollments that would have otherwise not been included in this validation rule set at all. While we have been working with development on getting this resolved so that schools do not see these additional error messages on service only students, it has been decided that any additional deployments would not be in school’s best interest as certification opens on Monday, June 6th. Please Note: Although there will be no additional deployments for the 2026 school year, IDOE is committed to resolution of this concern for the 26-27 school year. Certification sign off is encouraged and these errors may be ignored for service only students. This message will also be included in the Known Issues section of Knowledge Hub.
