PowerSchool Special Programs 2027 Rollover:

PSSP will begin rollover to the 2027 ODS on the evening of 7/22/26. It is anticipated that beginning on the morning of 7/23/2026 schools should expect to begin seeing 2027 student enrollments that have landed in Data Exchange appearing in PSSP. Staff with a 2026 staff assignment should have uninterrupted access and schools and staff with only a 2027 staff assignment with an LEA should gain PSSP system access at this time as well. Please be sure all staff assignments from 2026 for non-returning staff have been ended and ensure that 2027 staff assignments are being syncing to the ODS as early as possible. On September 7th, the 2026 staff assignments will expire and access to the system will be lost for any staff without a 2027 staff assignment.
