How to Understand ADM Funding, COLS, Accountability Flow
You can use the chart below to understand who receives funding based on the ADM type reported, who should be reported for Corp of Legal Settlement (COLS), and where Accountability belongs when submitting data on membership.
Understanding the definitions of each ADM type refer to ADM Code & Descriptor Type.
