 What data should be reported for Pre-K students?

Pre-K students enrolled and attending on a regular schedule are to be reported to Data Exchange for all required student data.

 We have a SpEd co-op and are responsible for entering SSA and Student info for their PK evals and non-pub students. We are primary ""false."" If we are primary false, how then can I enter their student info? (ie. address, etc).

Primary schools identified as 'false' for evaluation purposes does not have to provide the student address information. IDOE will pick up this information from the non-public school that is identified as primary 'true'.

  Who reports PreK students for SpED: the Servicing school or the Responsible School?

The public school that has transferred the PK students to your school will report the SE program record. The servicing should not be reporting an SE program record for these students.

 How do we implement our kindergarten roundup inside of the Ed-ID system?

This feature (also known as the bulk upload feature) will be available in the spring of 2023, and is current in development.
