General Reporting Info:

  • Submit students that received instruction at home or hospital due to injury or illness from July 1 to June 30 for at least an aggregate of 20 instructional days.

  • Every student, including both general and special education, for whom the school received the requisite doctor’s statement and who receives homebound instruction due to an injury or temporary or chronic illness should be reported. Sec. 511 IAC 7-42-12.
