General Reporting Info

  • Report data for the student with a disability who is receiving services for which the corporation is responsible to maintain student’s IEP (including students enrolled in another Public corporation, Non-public schools, Homeschool, Indiana School for the Deaf and Indiana School for the Blind).

  • Students ages 0-2 will not be counted for Special Education funding.

  • Students no longer requiring special education services as of count day, as determined by the case conference
    committee, will NOT be counted for Special Education funding.

  • If students transition out of the special education program and no longer have an IEP or ISP, be sure to end the Special Education record with the correct end date and reason exited.
