*Because a student record for Curricular Materials Assistance (026) must exist before an Additional Student Program record for Free/Reduced Lunch can be created, the first due date is Oct 31st (the due date for Curricular Materials Assistance), and the due date for Reporting Free/Reduced Lunch is June 30th. Please note that Curricular Materials Assistance also requires a Student Parent Association Template (013) before it can be submitted.
