The following data sets must be present before Discipline Templates can be submitted: Calendar (001, 002, 003), and Enrollment (015, 017).
For Special Education Students receiving Interim Alternative Services, a Special Education Record (022) must be present before Discipline Templates are submitted. IDOE recommends keeping both records (Special Education & Discipline) regularly updated on an ongoing basis.
