All Additional Student Programs Templates: Dependencies Map
Note: Once a building block template has been submitted, you do not need to submit duplicate “building block” templates for other data sets that rely upon the same dependencies. (For example, if a student enrollment record is present, it does not need to be submitted again in order to submit an additional data point).
Dependencies Map:
Additional Student Programs data cannot be submitted until the calendar templates (001,002, 003) ; enrollment templates (017, 015), and membership templates (016, 023) have been submitted to Data Exchange. Other templates such as Student Parent Association (012) and Curricular Materials Assistance (026) may be necessary if a student is on Free/Reduced Lunch or has a need for curricular materials assistance.
Additional Student Programs data are a “foundational” data set that future templates build upon, so ensure that your submissions are accurate.
Note: Submitting all “Program Data” Templates in a single zipped folder will avoid causing dependency submission errors.
