NOTE: This data serves as a starting point and should be checked against your own records prior to being submitted on behalf of your school/school corporation.

CRDC Landing page has two navigation buttons, STUDENT ENROLLMENT and ENROLLMENT - DISABILITIES.

  • Student Enrollment is the default page:

    • Here you will find a School Filter button to allow selection of an individual school data to be displayed.

    • Here you will find one chart related to Student Enrollment for your LEA.

    • Here you will find two charts related to English Learners.

  • Select Enrollment - Disabilities button to navigate to page providing:

    • Here you will find a School Filter button to allow selection of an individual school data to be displayed.

    • Here you will find one chart related to Student Disabilities - IDEA (Special Education).

    • Here you will find one chart related to Student Disabilities - Section 504.

CRDC Enrollment:

Student Enrollment data is based upon the 2023-2024 Certified October Pupil Enrollment counts.

  • ENRL-1 Data is disaggregated by subgroups of:

    • Gender and Race/Ethnicity

Multilingual Learners data is based upon the 2023-2024 Certified October Multilingual Learners counts.

  • ENRL-2a Data is based upon Total Certified MLL October counts (regardless of program or proficiency level).

  • ENRL-2a is disaggregated by subgroups of:

    • Gender and Race/Ethnicity

  • ENRL-2b Data is based upon Certified English Learners counts (English Learner column on October summary).

  • ENRL-2b is disaggregated by subgroups of:

    • Gender and Race/Ethnicity

CRDC Enrollment - Disabilities:

Student Disabilities - IDEA data is based upon the 2023-2024 Certified October Pupil Enrollment counts and also Certified on December Special Education counts.

  • ENRL-3 is disaggregated by subgroups of:

    • Gender and Race/Ethnicity

Student Disabilities - Section 504 data is based upon the 2023-2024 Certified October Pupil Enrollment counts and also Certified on July Student Additional Information (Section 504) counts.

  • ENRL-4 is disaggregated by subgroups of:

    • Gender and Race/Ethnicity

CRDC Courses RLS:

COUR 1-4 Enrollment:

Student Course data is based upon the 2023-2024 SY July Certified Course data utilizing state course code 2520.

  • COUR-1 will provide counts of:

    • Grade 7/8 Algebra I classes disaggregated by Term

  • COUR-2 will provide counts of:

    • Grade 7 Algebra I student enrollment

  • COUR-3 will provide counts of:

    • Grade 8 Algebra I student enrollment

  • COUR-4a will provide counts of:

    • Grade 7 and 8 Algebra I student enrollment disaggregated by subgroups of:

      • Gender and Race/Ethnicity

      • English Learners (EL)

      • Special Education (IDEA)

  • COUR-4b will provide counts of:

    • Grade 7 and 8 Algebra I students who passed the course disaggregated by subgroups of:

      • Gender and Race/Ethnicity

      • English Learners (EL)

      • Special Education (IDEA)
