Enrollment Due Dates:
Submit Student School Association (enrollment) records from the first day of each school year calendar or the first day of the student’s enrollment.
Submit exit data as needed throughout the school year; required once determined the student has exited the school.
Submit exit data with accurate exit reason for all students completing the school year.
Dependency Map:
Students (Student ID/STN) must exist in order to provide enrollment data.
Students without an ID must first be created via Ed-ID system.
School Calendars are needed to identify the begin/end dates of the school year in association to the student enrollment dates.
Assists in determining if the student had mobility or dropped out prior to the start of a school year.
Student School Association (enrollment) Data is required for many future templates, so ensure the data is accurate.
Students must have a relationship to the school (education organization) to append further data as required.
