All Enrollment Templates: Dependencies Map

Dependency Map:

  • Students (Student ID/STN) must exist in order to provide enrollment data.

    • Students without an ID must first be created via Ed-ID system.

  • School Calendars are needed to identify the begin/end dates of the school year in association to the student enrollment dates.

    • Assists in determining if the student had mobility or dropped out prior to the start of a school year.

  • Student School Association (enrollment) Data is required for many future templates, so ensure the data is accurate.

  • Students must have a relationship to the school (education organization) to append further data as required.
