Eligibility:

  • Students must be at least five years of age and no older than 22 years of age by August 1 for Choice Scholarship funding.

  • Schools must upload Period 1 and Period 2 Endorsement Forms via the STN Application Center, in the window set by the IDOE Choice Department.

  • Students must also meet all other criteria specified for general membership reporting.

Scholarship Reporting:

  • Note: Students reported for Choice Vouchers must be associated with ADM Code 10. Please refer to this documentation for more detail.

Certification:

  • The September October and February MV membership counts will be used to fund eligible Choice Scholarship students.

  • A student must be included on a Choice school’s “Choice Membership” certification grid count in order to be eligible to receive a Choice Scholarship payment.
