Eligibility:
Students must be at least five years of age and no older than 22 years of age by August 1 for Choice Scholarship funding.
Schools must upload Period 1 and Period 2 Endorsement Forms via the STN Application Center, in the window set by the IDOE Choice Department.
Students must also meet all other criteria specified for general membership reporting.

Note: Students reported for Choice Vouchers must be associated with ADM Code 10. Please refer to this documentation for more detail.
Certification
The September and February MV counts will be used to fund eligible Choice Scholarship students.
A student must be included on a Choice school’s “Choice Membership” certification grid count in order to be eligible to receive a Choice Scholarship payment.
