A General Submission Schedule For Templates:

If you submit data to data exchange solely through the use of templates, this PDF (shown below) provides a general outline of a recommended schedule & plan from IDOE.

This Submission Schedule:

• Prioritizes which templates need to be finished first in the context of the due dates of Submission Cycles.

• Groups “blocks” of templates together to reduce dependency errors.

• Maps Overall Dependencies

  • Make sure to still examine to each template’s specific dependencies in the Template Hub.

  • Once a template’s dependencies have been submitted, they do not need to be submitted again for the submission of future data points.
