Dependencies Map:

  • Students (Student ID/STN) must exist to provide additional data.

    • Students without an ID must first be created via Ed-ID system.

  • School calendars are required to provide student enrollment and student attendance.

  • Students must have a Student School Association (enrollment) record provided to append the Student (demographics) Ed Org Association data (i.e. address information).

  • Students must have a Student School Association (enrollment) record provided to append the Student Ed Org Responsibility record showing if the school is claiming the student for funding or for attendance.

  • Students must have positive attendance data provided in order to claim the student for funding (membership).
