All Student Accommodations Templates: Dependencies Map

Due Dates:

• Submit Student Accommodations records not provided from Indiana IEP or Indiana ILP from the first day of each school year calendar, the first day of the student’s enrollment, or the date the accommodation is identified.

Dependencies Map:

• Students (Student ID/STN) must exist in order to provide Student data.

  • Students without an ID must first be created via Ed-ID system.

• A student must also have an Student School Association (enrollment) record where primary school = true to provide a Student Accommodations record.
