How to Determine Students to Not Report for Title I

Students will not be reported for Title I reporting if one of following criteria are identified:

  • Students not eligible and not participating in one of the identified Title I programs at any time during their enrollment in the educational organization ID in the reporting school year will not have a program association record provided.

  • Students not eligible and not participating in one of the identified Title I programs at any time during their enrollment in the non-public or neglected educational organization ID in the reporting school year will not have a program association record provided.

  • Students who were eligible and did participate in services but did not receive services for a reasonable period of time; less than 15 days (1-14).

    • Length of Title services received is not considered a reasonable amount of time to have a title program record reported.

  • CHANGE: Students are to be reported who were eligible and did participate in services for any length of time. IDOE will determine the length of time utilizing the student school association (enrollment) record and the begin/end dates of the program record.
