Staff Contact Assignment Associations establishes those staff with roles required for access to LINK portal providing access to IDOE systems.
Staff Contact Data Impacts:
Access to IDOE Systems through LINK Portal
Staff Contact applies to:
Public schools (both Traditional and Charter)
Nonpublic schools participating in the Choice Scholarship program
State Schools (Department of Correction, Indiana School for the Deaf, Indiana School for the Blind)
Staff Contact requires following data points sent via Vendor or Template:

General Reporting Info:
NOT all staff require a contact record
Provide Staff Contact records for those staff requiring access to the LINK portal containing ‘tiles’ to IDOE systems such as Data Exchange, Ed Plan, etc.
A contact record for each education organization the staff is associated to is needed when access to LINK portal tiles are identified as corporation or school specific.
Staff Contact records are required in addition to staff assignment records to allow access to IDOE systems based upon each staff’s assignment or role.
