How to Determine IIEP Access with Enrollment

    IDOE IS NO LONGER PROVIDING ENROLLMENT FILES FOR IEP ACCESS. NEW VENDOR (POWERSCHOOL SPECIAL PROGRAMS) PSSP IS INTEGRATED WITH DATA EXCHANGE AND WILL OBTAIN ALL SSA (ENROLLMENT) DATA DIRECTLY FROM DATA EXCHANGE ODS. PSSP WILL DETERMINE IEP ACCESS BASED OFF OF SSA (ENROLLMENT) DATA.

    THE FOLLOWING FLOWCHART IS NO LONGER BEING UTILIZED.

    The following flowchart can be used to determine who will be reported to PCG (Public Consulting Group) for IIEP access:

    Note:

    • Student must have an active Special Education program association record (no exit date/termination reason) to be reported to PCG for IIEP access.

    • Student must have an active School Association (enrollment) record (no exit date or exit reason code other than 33 or 50) to be reported to PCG for IIEP access.

    • Indiana School for the Blind & Visually Impaired are not reported to PCG for IIEP access to students.

    • Indiana School For The Deaf are not reported to PCG for IIEP access to students

    • CTE schools are not reported to PCG for IIEP access to students.
