Data Exchange Advisory Group Nomination Form

This form has been created to collect nominations for individuals to serve on a field-based advisory group for the Indiana Department of Education’s Data Exchange (DEX) Platform. Nominations will remain open until August 31, 2023. IDOE plans to form the council quickly and convene the group for the first time in September, 2024. Thank you!
