Discipline Reporting Updates

• Discipline templates 028 (Discipline Incident) and 029 (Discipline Action) have been posted to Data Exchange Knowledge Hub > Template Hub. The templates and template guidance can be found via the ‘Find a Template by Number’ or ‘Find a Template by Task’ button. NOTE: Templates are provided for LEAs that do not have a SIS to publish the discipline data from.

• The Discipline Rosters and Certification Summary Grid for the Juily Certification will not be released until after March 4, 2024.

• Discipline reporting guidance documentation in nearing completion.

• Reminder: Discipline validation rules are running. Discipline validation rules have been added to Data Exchange Knowledge Hub. Communications Hub > In Development> Development Items for 2023-2024.
