UPDATE: Special Education Certification/Signoff Extension

The fix to the December Special Education Certification signoff summary has been deployed. At this time any LEA that signed off prior to the fix needs to proceed with the following steps in DEX.

1. LEA Administrator must navigate to the Certify Page

2. Select the Signoff Tab

3. Select the Reset Sign-offs link on bottom right of screen

4. Proceed with normal certification/signoff procedures

Be advised that the December Certification end date has been moved to Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 4:00 pm ET.

NOTE: This extension does not affect the timeline related to requesting validations to correct Special Education data. All Validation Requests to make corrections to Special Education data must be submitted by the end of the day Friday, December 13, 2024.
