FAQ: Data Validation

IDOE runs daily data validations at 4pm ET.

Note: Daily data validations are paused a few days in advance of certification days to allow schools to accurately certify their data. Inside of that window, schools run their own validations ‘on demand’ from IDOE inside of the Data Exchange Validation portal.

Nightly validations are paused during certification (sign-off) windows to allow schools to certify/sign-off on their data. Schools may still request manual validations at any time during these certification windows from IDOE support.

You will need to monitor the Validation tab to see when the validation is started. At this time there is no functionality to let you know the request was successful and is being reviewed for future enhancements.
