Correct. If you are a non-pub and do not participate in Curricular Materials reimbursement you do not need to complete the jotform.

For distribution, we look at the total cost reported by charter, non pub, and public schools and factor the statewide average amount and multiplied by ADM count unless statewide amount is exceeded and then it would be proportionately reduced.
