You need to submit a Staff Employment Template (007) as changes are made throughout the year. That template and the directions to complete it can be found here.
First schools need to check the Operational Data Store (ODS) and confirm records are being sent through Data Exchange API and ‘landing’ in the ODS. If record counts are showing the next step is to make sure a validation has been run after data was provided. If a validation has not been run this would be the reason for not finding counts or results in the validation portal. If record counts are not showing this is a concern with your SIS Vendor. Please check in with them first to make sure the system is set up accurately or other reasons as why data is not being provided through the API. IDOE support is not able to troubleshoot if no data is being provided. If data is being provided and a validation has been run then please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
No, please do not submit data using a template in this scenario. Work with your SIS Vendor to find the reason data is not being provided to Data Exchange.
