FAQ: Co-Ops

Generally, Graduate Record data should be provided from the school that is issuing a diploma. In the case where a student is transferred out for better accommodations it would be part of the agreement between the two schools who will be issuing the diploma and submitting the Graduate Record data.

If the student is terminated from services prior to meeting their grad requirements (prior to July 1) then schools should select the appropriate termination reason; if the services continue after July 1 while the student is working to meeting the graduation requirements then graduate termination reason will be reported and certified in the following school year.

Primary schools identified as 'false' for evaluation purposes does not have to provide the student address information. IDOE will pick up this information from the non-public school that is identified as primary 'true'.

If you're a primary school False, you are not allowed to make changes to student data. This is a constraint put in place to prevent possible data thrashing. It will be necessary to reach out to other corporations you work with to ensure that student data is accurate.

Co-Op(s) with or without an SIS, are responsible for sending their school calendar, student enrollment data, school master schedule, staff and student schedule, student attendance, and student transcript data. (or per agreement with public school entity)
