FAQ: Student Accommodations

Any accommodations needed and are not provided from IEP or ILP should be submitted from the SIS or template - IEP and ILP accommodations will override anything provided.

The GCE is included as part of the accommodations descriptors. GCE will need to be provided as a “accommodation”

Federal accountabilty utilizes the 11th grade cohort as part of the business rules. Situations where students switch schools just before the testing window are the exception to the rule. While we understand that the delay could cause an issue in these relatively rare cases, these students could be tested during the re-test window in April. Accommodations in a student's ILP will be provided from PCG to IDOE and then provided to the assessment vendor.
